Terms & Conditions
If your Return Request is approved, please post the goods back to igroom.com.au as soon as possible unopened and in the original packaging, to PO box 520, Carnegie VIC 3163 Australia. On receipt of the goods, we will refund the amount (less postage & freight fees) to your account. Postage will be charged at the applicable freight rate for items being redelivered to customers for an exchange. Exchanges will not be made until original goods have been returned to and received by igroom.com.au. Replacement of damaged or faulty products Claims for alleged damage to products in transit from igroom.com.au to the destination specified by you must be notified to igroom.com.au (via email – sales@igroom.com.au) within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. Claims in relation to faulty products must be notified to igroom.com.au within 21 days of receipt of delivery. (via email – sales@igroom.com) If your Return Request is approved, please post the products back to igroom.com.au within 21 days, in the original packaging, to the address indicated on your returned accepted email. On receipt of the products, replacement products will be posted out to you. In the event that we are unable to replace the products, we will arrange for the original purchase price (not including original postage/freight fees) to be refunded to the purchaser’s credit card. Please allow up to 30 days from the date we receive the returned goods for the refund to be processed to your card. Refunds will not be made until original goods have been returned to and received by igroom.com.au.
